When will be my order shipped?

If the ordered item is available in stock we will send it out within the next working days. Orders placed on a Friday or bank holiday are shipped the first working day back.

Orders placed on a Friday or bank holiday are shipped the first working day back. Since we don’t overproduce our items it could also take up to 2-3 weeks till we ship your item.

We will send confirmation details, including all tracking information, as soon as your parcel is shipped. Please note that all orders placed on non working days will not be shipped at these days.

Please note the total cost for your order does not include any import or duties fees. These fees are put in place by customs for the country of delivery. We would kindly recommend checking local customs and taxes before placing your order.

Which couriers do you use?

All orders are currently processed with DHL Express.

Do you deliver on bank holidays and weekends?

Expected delivery times do not include weekends or bank holidays. We usually advise weekend delivery would not be possible. It could be that in some countries the courier do travel across weekends, often making for a shorter delivery time, but we cannot guarantee weekend delivery.

How can I track my order?

We will email you your tracking details once your order has been shipped. The tracking number is the best way to track your parcel. If you have not received your confirmation, please contact our customer service at info@lachambredor.com

Can I cancel or change my order?

If the order is fulfilled and shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation, so you have to receive the order first in order to return it to us. Please contact our customer service at info@lachambredor.com if you have any doubts or questions about the ordered items. We will make the necessary changes to your order or proceed with a cancellation and refund if necessary.
